About the Role
Drive user acquisition and brand growth for a vibe-first platform. Help creators and brands discover Twari.
As our first Growth Lead, you'll own the entire growth strategy, from user acquisition to creator partnerships to brand onboarding. You'll have the autonomy to experiment, iterate quickly, and build the playbook for scaling a vibe-first platform. This role is perfect for someone who loves data, creativity, and community building.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies (social, content, partnerships)
- Build relationships with creators, influencers, and brands
- Analyse user acquisition funnels and optimise conversion rates
- Create content marketing campaigns around vibe discovery and aesthetic trends
- Run experiments to test new growth channels and tactics
- Build email, push notification, and retention campaigns
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of growth marketing experience, preferably in consumer social products
- Track record of scaling user acquisition from 0 to 100k+ users
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data (SQL, analytics tools)
- Experience with influencer marketing and community building
- Excellent written communication and content creation skills
- Self-starter with ability to work autonomously
Nice to Have
- Experience in fashion, design, or aesthetic-driven industries
- Background in performance marketing (paid social, ads)
- Experience building creator/brand partnership programs
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
